RECIPES

We are not big recipe people. Most of our meals are composed of whole cooked ingredients (our building blocks), assembled on the plate according to each diner's individual nutritional needs and taste preferences. To pull off this assemble-your-own approach, we focus on basic cooking skills like (1) cutting, chopping, and slicing vegetables, (2) quickly cooking pulses and grains in Instant Pots, and (3) making simple dressings and sauces to complement the building-block foods.

Most of the recipes on our website are intended to support this building-block approach to meal planning and preparation.
