Turmeric Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups water
- 3 tsp turmeric
- ¾ cup cashews
- 4–8 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp white miso paste
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¾ cup lemon juice (Include some zest from the lemon.)
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine in a blender and mix until smooth. (Note that you may need to soak the cashews in water for 15 minutes or so if you do not have a high-powered blender.)
- Chill before serving (optional).
