Asian Sauce/Marinade
This simple and versatile sauce can be used as a condiment to put on your Asian bowl, as a seasoning while sautéing vegetables, or as a marinade for tofu or other foods.
Ingredients
- Equal parts low-sodium (or regular) tamari and unseasoned rice vinegar (perhaps 1/2 cup of each)
- Equal parts finely chopped or minced garlic (about 5–6 cloves) and ginger (about a 1" nub)
Instructions
- Simply combine and stir in a bowl or jar.
