Peanut Sauce

You can find countless recipes for peanut sauce on the internet. Our recipe is modified from this one found on wellyourworld.com. 

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter—preferably a natural peanut butter (or for a lower fat option, ¼ cup peanut butter powder plus ¼ cup water)
  • 4-6 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium tamari
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, 2 tsp date sugar, or 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1” nub fresh ginger root
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 green onion
  • crushed red pepper or sriracha sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
