Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup peanut butter—preferably a natural peanut butter (or for a lower fat option, ¼ cup peanut butter powder plus ¼ cup water)
- 4-6 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium tamari
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup, 2 tsp date sugar, or 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1” nub fresh ginger root
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion
- crushed red pepper or sriracha sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
