Teff

Instructions
- Combine 1 part teff to 3 parts water in an Instant Pot. (For two of us, we typically add 1 cup teff and 3 cups water.)
- Pressure cook for 6 minutes.
- Add toppings like you would for any hot breakfast cereal—cinnamon, nuts, apples, berries, maple syrup, a sprinkle of raw turbinado sugar, your favorite plant-based milk, etc.
