Ingredients
- 3 tbsp warm water
- 2 tbsp tahini, almond butter, or nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp miso paste (substitute with apple cider vinegar, taste before adding rice vinegar)
- 1 clove garlic, large
- 2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice (optional)
- 2 tsp tamari (3 tsp if not using miso)
- 1–2 tsp sriracha or hot sauce of choice
- 1 green onion or scallion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients, except the green onion, into a blender and blitz (or whisk in a bowl). Add the green onion and pulse a few times.
