Brown Basmati Rice
Brown basmati rice is a nutritious, whole-grain long-grain rice with a nutty flavor, light brown color, and fluffy texture. It is a healthier alternative to white rice, offering more fiber, zinc, and B vitamins, and has a lower glycemic index. It is versatile, easy to cook, and popular in curries (Indian food), salads, and pilafs.
