“Not only do we often cook many of the recipes that Mike and Marylin shared with us, but they have become some of our favorites and go-to staples. They are straightforward and relatively simple. Learning to stock up and utilize dry goods, such as beans and lentils, has been kind to our budget and our stomachs. They are a much more convenient and sanitary source of protein than animal products. We love to make the plant-based gravy. We make it large batches, eat it all week long and freeze the rest! We can honestly tell a difference after each meal. We feel less tried and heavy. I highly recommend their approach to cooking and nutrition.”
