Marilyn has overcome her own battle with obesity, food addiction, and an eating disorder. She has a masters degree in Family and Consumer Science Education, is a graduate of Dr. Bulsiewicz Plant Fed Gut Masterclass, and has years of college-level teaching and curriculum design experience.

Mike is passionate about optimizing health through nutrition. He is a Stanford MBA and is certified as a McDougall Starch Solution professional with 18 years experience as a university instructor and curriculum designer along with 16 years in industry as a supply chain management professional.
